SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY ZONE Local delivery is available to addresses within a 40 km radius of our location near 28 Ave and 182 St SW, Edmonton, AB. Orders outside this radius are not eligible for local delivery. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us at poppedbyck@hotmail.com before placing your order.
NEXT-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY (EDMONTON & ELIGIBLE AREAS) Popped By CK Freeze-Dried Candy offers next-day local delivery to eligible addresses within our designated delivery area.
Orders placed on or before 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) on a business day are eligible for delivery by one of our local delivery drivers on the next business day before 10:00 PM.
Orders placed after 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.
Example:
- Order placed Monday at 10:00 PM → Delivered Tuesday before 10:00 PM
- Order placed Tuesday at 12:15 AM → Delivered Thursday before 10:00 PM
Local deliveries are available Monday through Friday only.
We do not provide local deliveries on:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Alberta statutory holidays
- Any day our business is closed
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup is available 7 DAYS A WEEK as an alternative to delivery. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup is available by appointment or during designated pickup hours — please contact us at poppedbyck@hotmail.com to arrange a convenient time near 28 Ave and 182 St SW, Edmonton, AB. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of the ready notification, after which your order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the delivery location is accessible. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery fees may apply.
RISK OF LOSS Ownership and responsibility for products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Popped By CK Freeze-Dried Candy is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, damaged, melted, or otherwise affected after delivery has been completed.
DELIVERY TIMES While we strive to complete all next-day deliveries before 10:00 PM, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, vehicle issues, staff availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Popped By CK Freeze-Dried Candy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue local delivery services at any time without notice.
