REFUND, RETURN & SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY

At Popped by CK Freeze Dried Candy, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

FINAL SALE FOOD PRODUCTS

For health, safety, and food-handling reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase.

ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

Refunds, store credits, or replacements may be provided at our sole discretion if:

• The incorrect item was received.
• The product arrived spoiled or unsafe for consumption.
• The product arrived significantly damaged during shipping.
• The product was defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for review, customers must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
• Retain the original sealed packaging.
• Provide any additional information reasonably requested.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of the claim.

FREEZE-DRIED CANDY DISCLAIMER

Freeze-dried candy is extremely fragile by nature. Minor breakage, cracking, crumbling, settling, powder, and small broken pieces may occur during packaging, shipping, and handling.

These conditions are normal characteristics of freeze-dried products and do not affect quality, freshness, safety, or taste.

Minor breakage does not qualify for refunds, replacements, credits, or exchanges.

CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

Chocolate and chocolate-coated products are sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

During warmer months or when shipping to warmer climates, products may soften, melt, bloom, discolor, or experience texture changes while in transit.

These conditions do not affect product safety or quality and are not considered defects.

By purchasing chocolate-containing products, customers acknowledge and accept the risk of heat-related changes during shipping and delivery.

Popped by CK Freeze Dried Candy is not responsible for melting, softening, blooming, or other heat-related changes that occur during transit or after delivery.

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for heat-related changes to chocolate products.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays.
• Weather-related delays.
• Carrier handling issues.
• Packages delayed in transit.
• Packages left unattended after delivery.
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive products promptly upon delivery.

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

If a refund is approved for an eligible claim, only the purchase price of the affected product may be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Popped by CK Freeze Dried Candy's liability for any claim relating to a product purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Under no circumstances shall Popped by CK Freeze Dried Candy be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, storage, or consumption of any product.
